As litters go this one was rather uneventful.  It was nice for a change.  Harley went into labor about 6 PM and delivered her first pup at about 7 PM. then pups came every 30 minutes or so until about 11PM.  I waited another hour before changing her bedding and headed off to bed. 

The surprise was the next morning when I found another pup.  And I thought she needed me!  Apparently not.  Harley had 7 beautiful puppies and is an amazing mom.

Cactus Country O'Boone (Boone)

Boone is very sweet and laid back. He went to a home in California where mom is a runner. He can look forward to lots of runs in the hills. He is just the sweetest pup ever and I personally hated to see him go. He reminded me so much of Ammo who is the best hunter and a great Bourbonnais.

Cactus Country Ox

This Phoenix family has been down several times to see their new hunting buddy. This family contains many hard core hunters so Ox will be kept busy! They don't even share their special hunting places...too funny! He is going to have a brother going with him.

This will be Ox's hunting buddy and brother going to the same home in Phoenix. Ozzy is more laid back that his brother. Mom and Dad just couldn't decide on which pup they wanted so they took 2.

Cactus Country O'Reilly (Sadie)

This little ball of energy went to her hunting family in California. She has children to help keep some of her energy down and her family really loves her! She has a great personality and was a real cuddle puppy.

Cactus Country Omega (Meg)

Meg is going to be hunting in the Phoenix area with her new family, complete with kids and another dog. She is VERY smart and absolutely loves birds. She is very laid back but loves to retrieve. She sat and went down the first day of her training. She's going to be a great bird dog.

Cactus Country Olive Oil (ollie)

Ollie is going to Reno, NV to her new dad. His daughter and her husband got one of our dogs and absolutely loves her, so they thought dad needed a new hunting buddy. He has been working hard to get ready for his new little buddy and we are excited!

Cactus Country Olympia

This little girl went to a great family in Phoenix who waited quite awhile for her. Dad is a hunter and we think he got the perfect companion. They showed up to pick her up in their Cactus Country orange caps and they looked like they were ready to go to the field!
