Cassie delivered right on schedule and you would
never know this was her first litter. She handled everything beautifully
and really needed no help from me except a little petting and praise.
She delivered 2 beautiful liver pups, one male and one female.
She was a great mom, so attentive and loving. These dogs always
make me happy to be a Bourbonnais owner.
Ike's hunting family
lives in Boston so he will make the trip by plane. Ike has
a very keen nose and is very independent.
He is always the
first one out of the puppy room and I would call him the
leader of the pack! He has a very sweet disposition and
is so curious. He loved the live bird and the wing.
Issy is staying in Tucson so we'll get
to watch her grow and hunt. The family saw a Bourbonnais
out for a walk and were so impressed they called us.
They
think she is the perfect dog. At 8 weeks she is using a
doggy door, sitting and going down on command and her family
loves
her so much! She was worth the wait!
